★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医院長以外はとても親切です。医院長は前回レビューにあった通り、上から目線の傲慢です。風邪で休んで振替の電話予約して来ているのに、あんたのために特別に時間を割いてあげているんだから、にはいい加減カチンときました。その場で紹介状を書いてもらいました。椅子にふんぞりかえっている当初の姿を見てやな予感はしてましたが。なんであんな態度をとってもいい、と思っているか不思議です。何度も言いますが医院長以外は優しいです。それだけに残念。
 He is very kind except the clinic director. The clinic director is arrogant from the top as seen in the previous review. I was taking a rest for a cold and I made a reservation for a transfer, but I'm taking a special time for you. I had a letter of introduction written on the spot. I had a feeling that I couldn't help seeing the original appearance of the chair sitting back. It's strange that I'm willing to take such an attitude. As I said many times, it is gentle except for the clinician. Sorry for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はてんかんの治療で通ってはいませんが、こちらで良い先生に出会い、話もよく聞いてくれて症状も安定してきています。
薬を変えるときもきちんと説明してくれ、疑問に思ったことも理解できるように噛み砕いて話してくれます。
先生の相性次第ですかね…。
予約した日に行けなかったとしても、薬に困ったら、他の先生で対応してくださるそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医院長にはあったことないからわからないですが担当の医師はたんたんとした感じでサッパリしてます。なんか私が話したことを受け付けで看護師？が聞き耳をたて噂や悪口言ってるようにかんじる。とてもプロとは思えない。
I don't know because I've never met the doctor, but the doctor in charge is refreshing with a simple feeling. Somehow a nurse accepting what I said? Listens and feels like rumors and swear words. I don't think I'm very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間の概念ない。予約時間とは？って感じ。人の時間何だと思ってんだろこの病院。予約で何やるか分かってんのに、血液検査やる前に時間かかりすぎ。診察時間の目安付けてから予約の人数決めるとか、血液検査の準備あらかじめする、とかもっと要領よくやれよ。ってさすがに診察から血液検査まで1時間かかるってアホだろ。本当イライラする。
There is no concept of time. What is the reservation time? I feel like. What do you think it's human time at this hospital? I don't know what to do with a reservation, but it takes too long before I do a blood test. Do things better, such as deciding the number of people to make an appointment after setting a guideline for the consultation time, or preparing for a blood test in advance. It's stupid that it takes an hour from the medical examination to the blood test. It's really frustrating.
