★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一番最初に楓工務店の本店に行ったとき、あったかい木の雰囲気でとてもいい印象からのスタートでした！
我が家を担当してもらった全ての担当者の方がとても信頼できて、親身になってくれる方ばかりだったので、本当に楓工務店でおうちを建てれてよかったと思います。
家自体は、細かいところまでとても丁寧に作って頂いて、耐震等も含めて安心して住めるおうちを作ってもらうことができました！！

他のハウスメーカーさんも候補にありながら最終的にお願いしようと思った決め手は
・気密断熱に注力(え！？松尾設計室のYouTube見てたら楓工務店出てきたやん！！ほんとビックリしました)
・価格のわかりやすさ(だいたい予算通り)
・床材の標準が無垢材(家が木のいい匂い♡)
・営業さんの誠実さ(このあと営業さんだけじゃなく関わることのできたスタッフさんみなさん誠実でハウスメーカー選び成功したなと思えました◎)
その他
・設計さんのボス感(ワガママとかざくっとしたこと言うてもえぇ塩梅にしてくれました)
・ICさんの細やかな気遣い(業務外のことでもこぼれ球なく意見拾ってくれるの嬉しかったです)
・現場監督さんの親しみやすさ(現場監督さんとか打ち合わせ時には関わりないしちょっとビビってたんで安心しました)
などなど…
今後もメンテナンス等でお世話になるかと思いますが、よろしくお願いします(๑･̑◡･̑๑)

・ Focus on airtight insulation (Eh !? When I saw YouTube in Matsuo Design Office, Kaede Komuten came out !! I was really surprised)
・ Easy to understand price (generally according to budget)
・ The standard flooring is solid wood (the house smells good of wood ♡)
・ Sincerity of the sales staff (I thought that not only the sales staff but also all the staff who were able to be involved were sincere and succeeded in choosing a house maker ◎)

・ IC's delicate care (I was glad that he picked up opinions even outside of work without spilling balls)
・ The friendliness of the on-site director (I was relieved because I was a little nervous because I was not involved in the meeting with the on-site director)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初から最後まで、スタッフみなさん親身かつ丁寧に対応していただき、とても楽しい家づくりとなりました。マイホームの購入は一生に一度で、不安を感じる部分もありましたが、そうした不安を取り除きながらお話を進めてくださるので、安心してお任せすることができました。木を使った今風のおしゃれな北欧モダンなデザインで、理想の暮らしができる間取りを考えていただき、とても大満足です。
