カ	カラニアナオレ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は田舎の住宅街にある昔ながらの食料品店という感じで、店前の駐車場に待合椅子と灰皿、夏だったので扇風機も置いてありました。店がある地区は田んぼ、山に囲まれたのどかな風景が広がっており、こんな田舎にこれほど行列ができるのは異様な光景だと思います。近隣住民の方達も普段、何かしら不都合があるだろうと考えながら車を停め、火曜の朝9時に到着したのですが、店は閉まっている様子。外で水撒きをしていたおば様に声を掛けて頂き、臨時休業だけど、特別に用意してくれるとの事。神対応、感無量。もう一組お客さんも同様に。店内は食料品店とうどんに並ぶ場所が分かれており、うどんを受け取ったら、食料品店を通り抜けて、共同駐車場の椅子で食べるといった感じです。行列出来て椅子が空いてなかったら、車内で食べるしかなさそうです。薬味コーナーには、ねぎ、生姜、醤油、味の素と課金の生玉子、温泉玉子が置かれていて自分好みにカスタマイズできます。普段は天ぷらコーナーがあるようです。味の素を少し加えるのがいいみたいです。うどんはとっても歯応えがあってかなり強いコシがあり小麦の風味もとっても良くてこれは感動的な美味さでした。圧倒的な安さ、早さ、うまさ、優しさ。4.0超えも納得の田舎のコシ強うどんでした。 The store was like an old-fashioned grocery store in a rural residential area, with waiting chairs and ashtrays in the parking lot in front of the store, and a fan because it was summer. c	ciao 0710 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 香川県で一番好きなうどん屋さんです。しかし、他県に住んでいるため、なかなか行けず、前回から１０年以上過ぎてしまいました。でも、どうしても食べたくなり、チャレンジする事3回、連休前の臨時休業？や、長蛇の列だったりで、縁がなかったのか食べる事が出来ませんでした。そして遂に4回目のチャレンジにして食べる事が出来ました。今回は開店の３０分以上前に、お店に着くよう行きました。コロナ対策なのか、並ばずにグループ毎の札を取って待つようになってました。３０分前で１１番の札をゲットしました。車で待っていると開店の１０分ぐらい前にお店の方が出てきました。それから外に出て番号順に並ぶようになり、グループ毎に注文を聞いてくれました。温かいの大と、冷たいの小を頼みました。順番がきて店内で、うどんをもらい、ねぎをかけ、温かい方には卵を追加して、醤油をかけてから食料品店を通り出る前に、天ぷらを購入しました。天ぷらの代金はこの時払います。お店を出て、車に戻り、食べました。 ……やっぱり美味しい！十数年ぶりの須崎食料品店さんのうどん。諦める事なく来た甲斐がありました。うどんを食べ終わり、お店に戻り器を返して、うどんと玉子の会計をしてお店を後にしました。来て本当によかったです。また必ず行きます！ごちそうさまでした♪ This is my favorite udon restaurant in Kagawa prefecture. J	Joseph Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular udon shop attached to the family shop next door. Have won several awards. Cars from all over Japan come to taste early in the morning. The udon themselves are very chewy. I regret having the udon cold as it made them even harder to chew when cold and I'd imagine having it warm would give it just the right texture. But very interesting regardless and well worth a try.
