★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に電話で必要な持ち物や詳細を確認したのですが、当日伺うと全く説明されていない持ち物・内容を話されて、結果的にその日には用事を済ませることができませんでした。
電話応対の態度・当日、伺った際の何名かの方の態度も良いとは言えず、非常に残念です。
 I confirmed the necessary belongings and details by phone in advance, but when I visited on the day, I was told about the belongings and contents that were not explained at all, and as a result I could not finish the errand on that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイナンバーカードを受けとるために訪問しました。基本的には市役所で受けとりますが、予約すれば休日に指定された時間に行くと受けとることができます。窓口センターは５階にあります。エレベーターを使ってもエスカレーターを使っても行くことができます。最近はかなり混んでいることが多いので、なかなか予約がとれないことがあるので、１ヶ月以上待たされると思えば良いでしょう。
I visited to receive my number card. Basically, you will receive it at the city hall, but if you make a reservation, you can receive it when you go to the designated time on a holiday. The window center is on the 5th floor. You can go by using the elevator or the escalator. It's often quite crowded these days, so it may be difficult to make a reservation, so it's best to think that you'll have to wait for a month or more.

ショートカットの中年女性です。ネームプレートは裏返っていて分かりませんでしたが何回か呼びかけてもぐっすりお眠りなさっていました。本日2022年3月3日16時40分です。明日市役所にもお電話させていただきます。
