★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベッドマットレスを購入しました。人が少なく実際にスプリング等の確認もでき、ゆっくり選ぶことができました。店員さんも親切で説明アドバイスをしてくれスムーズに買うことができました。
物によっては取り寄せるので少し日にちがかかるものもあるため早急にほしい時はオススメしません。
少しお金はかかりますが、引き取りや設置もしてくれるので助かります。

前日になって何時頃届けてくれるのかの連絡を電話でしてくれるが、電話対応がアレだった。
電話の方は1秒でも早く終わらせたがっている様子で超早口。
聞きたいことがあってタイミングを見計らい声を出すもあちらの声と被り。
明らかに気がついたようだったが「ん？ではよろしくお願いいたします」と即締めくくりに入り、2秒しないうちにあちらから電話を切られた。結局聞きたかったことは聞けず、聞こうとすらしてくれず、配送当日は不安なままに迎えた。
「ん？」と声を出すくらいにはっきり気がついたなら聞いてくれてもよくない？聞こうか迷う間が0.5秒くらいあってもよくない？と正直怒っている。こちらが喋る権利はなかったようです。
