It is a beautiful shrine. However, when I went there was one person who was obviously suspicious, so I felt a little dangerous and left immediately.

Hikawadai Suwa Shrine was solicited during the Edo period and was revered by the parishioners and farmers of Nerima-cho character Imagami. It has been relocated to the immediate vicinity of the Tokyo Juvenile Classification Home.

私が行った時は誰も居らず、とても静かでした。(とは言っても、神社の目の前は道路なので、車が通る音は時々聞こえますが…)
私は夕方に行ったのですが、夕焼けとのコントラストが美しかったです^_^
お祭りや餅つき大会もやってるらしいです。
坂の途中にあるので、地面が平行になるようにかさ上げされている分、高い場所にあるので、階段、スロープ(?)ともに急な造りになっていました。
境内は意外と広かったです。鳥居の横にはとても大きな木が植わっていました。

The grounds were surprisingly large. A very large tree was planted beside the torii gate.
