M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星の一つもつけたくない有り得ない対応です。大切なザッグのファスナーを直せるかどうかを確認したくお店に行ったら、ザッグを見せた途端に、物凄く横柄な態度で、は？うちの店は見ての通り（普通は見てもわかりません）皮製品しかやってないのに何これ？工場に送ってみて「やってもいいけど」送料込みで5000円以上、最低半年かかるけど？と、冗談抜きでこのような対応をされました。このおばさんは接客したことがないのか？と思えるような最悪最低な対応をされ、ここ、フランチャイズだと思いますが、本部はどんな教育をしてるんでしょうか。対応が難しいものや金額や納期については普通に伝えればいい事なのに、あの横柄な偉そうな態度にあまりにも腹が立ち、二度と行くかと思いました。あれだけ最低な接客はなかなか経験したことがありません。 It is an impossible response that you do not want to attach even one of the stars.
