★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末の平日に利用したが、オペレーションが本当に酷かった。ずっと混んでいるので注文できません。という表示で注文できず、レーンも空っぽ。
それだけならまだ許せるが、注文と配膳された中身が違っていて、店員に指摘すると、ただ一言すいませんとだけ言って逃げ去る始末。最後に頼んだデザートだった。もう一度注文して、順番を待てということなのか？その説明すらなし。
スシローにしては悪い、ではなくて普通のレストランとしてもありえないレベル。ネタがいくら良くてもここには二度と行きたくない。

ラストオーダーにきて、メニューから選ぶようだったが、ほとんど商品がない。意味がわからない(笑)
しかも100円寿司が売りなのに、魚類100円商品が半数以下。これなら銚子丸のほうがいいな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柏店が待ち時間40分のところ、こちらは15分。ラストオーダーが20時30分なのにこの時すでに19時40分だったので仕方なく我孫子まで行きました。
いつも柏店を利用していますが、我孫子店にすんなり入れた理由がなんとなく分かった気がしました。
トイレが汚いので、ちゃんと点検してください。
汚く使う客が悪いのは当然ですが、それにしてもペーパーホルダーふたつあって両方ににペーパーがないって、一体何時間ごとの点検なんですか…。
