三回目の来店ですが、いつもの大将と女将さんの楽しい会話を聞きながら美味しいお寿司を頂きました!
特に鯖とウニの巻物には感動すら覚えました!
頑張って仕事をして季節に一回は行きたいお店です!

This is my third visit, but I had a delicious sushi while listening to the usual conversation between the general and the lady general!
I was especially impressed by the scrolls of eel and sea urchin!

久しぶりに残念なお鮨でした。
基本的に生臭さが残ります。
熟成?うーん旨味出てませんよ。
ヅケ。全然なってません。
煮タコ。旨味以前に苦味が出てます。
今一番マズイ小肌ですと言われて出された小肌。確かにマズイんだから何で出す?嫌がらせか?とイラっとしました。
海苔で巻いたウニだけ唯一美味しかったですが、海苔もう少し良い海苔ならもっと美味しいのにな…と残念。
予約時に香水は絶対ダメと強く言われたのでかなり期待しましたが、お前が言うか?と言うレベルでした。
手際が悪く3時間経っても終わりません。
出す順番もメチャクチャなので途中で完全に飽きてしまい途中でお会計してもらい帰りました。
常連らしき髭だらけの男が何度も鼻をかんでました。香水以前に注意しろよと言う感じで駅の寿司屋の方がまだマシです。
この店がミシュラン星付きならば仙台のレベルが知れました。
日本酒のチョイスも全然ダメでした。
余程暇とお金があるなら行ってもいいですが、本物の鮨を知ってる人にはオススメしません。
客層も悪いし、このお店が美味しいとか…味音痴も甚だしいと思います。
店主が見たら行かずに書いて無いこと位わかるはずです。
根本的にやり直さないとダメですね。

時代には逆行しているかもしれませんが、本来は真っ当なルール。
ある程度合間合間でメモをしながら頂いていたのですが、大将の意図を考慮して詳細は封印したいと思います。
握りは手渡し。
手で受け取っても崩れそうなふんわりとした握りでした。
口の中でのシャリの広がりと旨味の広がりがたまりません。
お酒は関東でも目にするものもあれば、全くお目にかかれないようなものも置いてありました。
一週間ほど寝かしたマコガレイの昆布締めやとろけるアカイカやイワシなど。
とろけるシャリとタネが印象的でした。
大将が握って手渡しする鮨のように、場の雰囲気が打ち解けていました。
こういったカウンターのお店は、同席する方々によって楽しくもなりつまらなくもなります。
素敵なご夫妻や日本中飛び回るビジネスマンなどと、素敵な会話も楽しめました。
一応、宮城県で唯一の
ミシュラン二ツ星のお店です。
大将と女将さん、同席の方々にも本当に感謝です。
最後に頂いた特製の煮汁も、衝撃の旨さでした。

うま味を引き出すのでそれに負けない日本酒を店主が選んでいる。そのため東北の地酒を揃えているわけではない。
The fish used is aged for several days, so it is different from the sushi restaurant that sells freshness.
The owner chooses sake that is as good as it is to bring out the umami. Therefore, we do not have local sake from Tohoku.

もちろんお鮨も最高。途中握りだけじゃなく美味しいつまみも出してくれるので、日本酒と一緒に頂くとなお良いですね!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese speaker is a must, no perfume, no photos, no menu, no smiles from the 2 member staff. The list of can't do is longer than can do. I have been to many Michelin star restaurants but this one I will not recommended. Eating here is stressful and no fun. Shashimi is nice...not earth shattering. Super expensive, which I expected but not worth it.
