Taisho (Sushi chef) served very delicious "Edomae Sushi" with Japanese special mind "Omotemashi"!! It was so fun! My friend can eat only shellfish, crabs, sea urchins and aburi-engawa(seared fluke fins) except for raw fish,,,. Taisho served such types of sushi. They were very fresh and delicious. Of course, she ate all!! It was so unforgettable time for us. We should call Sushi Edomasa's chef "Sushi artist". ;) We'd better make a reservation beforehand.
