ある意味、伝説の天婦羅さんですね。
ここで41年間ー夫婦で営んでいる。
春はー長岡では、ほぼ食べられない、寺泊の「春鱒」を毎年、独自ルートで仕入れている。
こだわりのお店です。
ここはランチもオススメですね。
特に週一メニューの「天婦羅定食」は極上です。

漬物は奥さんの手づくり
味噌汁は年中「しじみ汁」
長岡では美味しい天婦羅が食べられる貴重なお店です。
