★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日のランチタイム、お好みで食べました。
食べたいネタがほとんど品切れで、定番ネタも特筆するような美味しいものはありませんでした。冷蔵ケースに入れられたウニはカナダ産と書いてあり、ちょっとトロけていて頼む気にはなれません。以前は季節だったからかもしれませんが、手頃な値段で殻付きのウニが食べられて良い印象があっただけに残念です。
同じレベルの寿司はがってん寿司で半額で食べられます。

Most of the material I wanted to eat was out of stock, and there was nothing delicious to mention about the standard material. It says that the sea urchins in the refrigerator case are made in Canada, so I don't feel like asking for them because they are a little sloppy. It may be because it was a season before, but it's a shame because I had a good impression that the sea urchin with shells was eaten at a reasonable price.
The same level of sushi can be eaten at half price with Gatten sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で買い物に行った際に、昼食を食べようということになり、そごうのレストラン街へ行きました。
焼き肉にしようか、パスタにしようか、はたまたお好み焼きにしようかと色々と迷った末に、息子がお寿司がいいとの一言でこのお店にしました。
お昼時ということもありテーブル席は満席。待たずに入れるカウンター席に通してもらいました。普段は回るお寿司屋さんにしか行かない我が家では家族三人でカウンターでお寿司をいただくのはたぶん初めて！！ 若干の緊張を抑えつつランチメニューを選び、料理が出てくるのを待ちます。始めに茶碗蒸し、そして次にお寿司と味噌汁。どれも丁寧に作られたのがわかる上品な味でした。
食事中はひそひそ声で話してた妻と息子が、お店を出てそごうのエスカレーターに乗ると満面の笑みで「美味しかった」と言ってました。回るお寿司屋さんより、ちょっと値は張りますが、また機会があったら行きたいと思います。

When I went shopping with my family, I decided to have lunch, so I went to Sogo's restaurant area.
After wondering whether to make yakiniku, pasta, or okonomiyaki, my son decided to go to this restaurant with the word that sushi is good.
The table seats are full because it is lunchtime. I had them go to the counter seat where I could enter without waiting. It's probably the first time for three family members to have sushi at the counter at my home, where I usually only go to sushi restaurants that go around! !! Choose a lunch menu with some tension and wait for the food to come out. First, chawanmushi, then sushi and miso soup. All of them had an elegant taste that you can see that they were carefully made.
My wife and son, who were talking quietly during the meal, said with a big smile, "It was delicious" when I left the restaurant and got on the Sogo escalator. It's a little more expensive than the sushi restaurants that go around, but I'd like to go there again if I have the opportunity.
It was a treat!

今日は大宮でランチだ～✨獲物を探すような目で、そごうのレストラン街をうろつく。ランチ時だというのに、どのお店もガラガラじゃないか?
くっ、コロナの奴め～❗️
んっ、並んでいる人がいる店があるな。「すし波奈」？読み方がいまいちわからないが、やっぱりランチは寿司でしょう?
しばし並んでから入店し、中潮にぎりを注文。先に、茶碗蒸しが速攻で到着する！来るの早えな～と思いながら食べていると、にぎりとお味噌汁がやってきた！うん、美味しいね?
少し足りなかったので、追加で鉄火巻を頼んでしまった?
早くコロナ禍が収まって、お酒を呑みながら食べたいものである。
因みに、すしはなって読むみたいだね?

I was a little short, so I ordered an additional Tekka Maki ?
I want to eat while drinking alcohol as soon as the corona sickness subsides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までブリや金目のような脂ノリの魚はネトネトくどいのにコリコリするミスマッチで苦手でしたが、ここで食べてフワフワ柔らかく口の中でとろけて、かつ香ばしく炙ってくれて、本当はこんなに美味しいネタだったのかと初めて知りました。しかも粗塩で食べさせてくれるので本当素材の美味しいお寿司でした！予算を多めにすると米沢牛炙り握りやアナゴの塩とタレの食べ比べといった粋なこともしてくれます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いやぁ、久しぶりに伺いましたが美味しかった‼️なめろうの味が本当に好みです❗お寿司も、シャリのふんわり感とネタの大きさがドンピシャ！お寿司を頼むと、ミニ茶碗蒸しに味噌汁がサービスで付きましたが、そちらも美味でした☺️
Well, I visited after a long time, but it was delicious! ️I really like the taste of Namero ❗ The sushi is also fluffy and the size of the ingredients is awesome! When I ordered sushi, miso soup was served as a mini chawanmushi, which was also delicious ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived just shortly after 3:30AM, and yes, there was already a line forming. There's a small group that lines up right in front of the restaurant; the rest wraps around the corner, so don't be fooled if you only see the small crowd standing in front. As the minutes passed, the line behind us grew longer and longer, and any regret I had for waking up so early quickly disappeared. We passed the time however we could (mainly with our phones and sleeping while standing). There are also vending machines one alley over in case you get thirsty or need a pick-me-up. I opted to not get anything because I have a terribly small bladder and knew I would need a restroom instantly (which is also located down the alley that Sushi Dai is in, according to signs I saw; I, surprisingly, didn't have a need to use them, so I can't say for sure if they were open or how clean they were).
