なかなか来ないし、現れても挨拶しないしありがとうございましたもなく驚きました。
アルバイトなのか知りませんが、店員教育どうなってるのでしょうか。後は、店員同士の無駄話が多い、カウンターごしに聞こえていて仕事してるのかなと品物見ていて思います。
ガンダムのプラモデルなどの値段は、定価の倍以上のプレミアム価格になっていてとても手がでるものではありません。子供が御目当てのガンプラを見つけはしたものの、その値札にビックリ。お小遣いで買おうとしたものの、あまりの高い値段に諦めざるをえませんでした。
後は、買取に時間かかりすぎです。ネットで事前登録しておいても大して早くありません。

他の駿河屋に比べて掘り出し物があったり、半額シールが貼ってありと宝探し感覚の店。
買取は他店に比べてやたら遅い。平日朝一で持ち込んでも結構待たされる。平日昼で安心買取でも3時間待ち…ゲームやプラモとか持ち込んでないんだが…
別日にも平日朝一で15個程度で30分待ち。
ネット上に値段がなかったので、安心買取で値段確定して出したが、ネット上にないからと10円提示。説明したら、確認するとかで更に待たされる。安心買取理解してないのか？
減額も他店に比べ厳しい印象。
店員の対応もイマイチ。

事前に買い取り価格を出してもらいましたが、実際には、その金額よりも低くなってしまいました。買取金額は、実際よりも低くなることがありますと言われた通りになりました。残念でしたけど、しょうがないです。
２０２２年３月４日(金)お邪魔しました。
店内、一階には、フィギュアや、コミック、ぬいぐるみやプラモデル等があり、二階にはDVDや、ゲームソフトや写真集等がありました。
他にこの様なお店が近くにないので驚きました。
この店は、販売以外に買い取りもしています。
ただ、買い取りしていただく際には、一見さんではダメです。何故かと言うと、駿河屋の買い取りシステムで、下取り値段を決めてから、来店しないと買い取ってくれないのです。
それを知らないで商品を持ち込んでも買取りしてくれないのです。
