あの店員には要注意。
私は「あの人は嫌です。」とお願いして必ず避けている。
もう２年前になるだろうか。
ゼビオのサービスの一つで、昨シーズンスノーボードをメンテナンスに出し、シーズンインに合わせて取り外したビンディングの取付からお願いすることになっていた。
ここの、他の店員に一年前に説明されたとおり持ち込んだところ対応したのがそいつ。
「何を言っているか分からない」
「何がしたいんですか」
「どういうことですか」
…的な事を、強い口調で半分怒り気味にまくし立てられ、周りには他の客もいるし、いい年して泣きそうになった。
わけ分からないのはこっち(笑)
そっちのサービスの一つだし、そっちの店員に説明された通りにしたのに。
他の店員に回されたら、すごくいい人だったし、私の説明もちゃんと分かってもらえた。
無事に取付もワックス掛けもしてもらえた。
というか、その男以外は、親身だし、丁寧だし、「今度はどちらに行かれるんですか？」って雑談もしてくれる。
すごくいい人ばっかりだから、その男だけ最悪。
忙しかったのか知らなかったのか分からんけど、社会人や接客業として最低。

As one of Xebio's services, I was supposed to take out the snowboard for maintenance last season and ask for the attachment of the binding that was removed at the time of the season in.
When I brought it to another clerk here as explained a year ago, it was the one that responded.
"I don't know what you're saying"
"What do you want to do?"
"what do you mean"
I was half angry with a strong tone, and there were other guests around me, and I almost cried in a good year.
I don't understand this (laughs)
It's one of those services, and I did as explained to the clerk there.
When I was sent to another clerk, he was a very nice person and he understood my explanation properly.
I was able to install and wax it safely.
In fact, except for the man, he is kind and polite, and he also chats with me, "Where are you going next time?"
Only the man is the worst because there are only very good people.
I don't know if I was busy or not, but it's the worst for working people and hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えが豊富で、カウンターの壁にスタッフの認定証(知識関係か業務対応かは不明)が立てかけられており、どのスタッフに聞けば良いのかわかるようになっていました。また、スポーツドリンク系が豊富で、値段も適切なのも良いかと思います。しかし、袋の値段が10円と少し高めです。

最近のデザインや実物が見たくて。
手頃な価格のウェアもありましたが、ハンガーに掛かっている5、6着のウェアの肩の部分に、ホコリの塊？の様な汚れが付いていました。
掃除していない汚れた棚の上を擦ったみたいな感じ？払ったけど、取れないので購入はやめてネットで安いのを購入しました。
