★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネをフレームの修理の為に預けたら、レンズが目の焦点が合わせられない程に傷だらけの状態で帰ってきました。
「預ける前にこんな傷はなかった」
「こんなに大きな傷があればすぐに気付く」
「修理に出す前日に状態を確認した」等々抗議をしましたが、
店員はレンズは工場ではなく店舗で管理していたので修理の過程で傷がつくはずがないの一点張り。
とても悔しいです。
メガネスーパーでメガネを作る事を考えている人は株主優待等で貰えるクーポンの利用がおススメです。
私はもうここで作ることはありませんが…

眼があまり良くないので各種眼鏡でお世話になってます。
メガネスーパーは眼のプロを標榜するようになり、他店購入であってもしっかりメンテしてくれます。
近くの別の店で掛け心地の調整だけで4桁取ると言われてムカッとしたことあります(苦笑)
