他のスーパーでは普通に使えたのに、、非常に残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山坂神社の前に在るスーパーで大きくないが品揃えも充分で、地域に密着した商品の揃えかたで便利です。
地域の商店街もシャッター通りに近いのでナショナルは有難いです。
The supermarket in front of Yamasaka Shrine is not big, but the product lineup is sufficient, and it is convenient to have a product lineup that is closely related to the area.
The local shopping street is also close to Shutter Street, so I am grateful for National.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、2個入りの梨を買ったのですが切ってみると１つが腐っていました。返品の為に店に持って行ったのですが、パッケージを見ながら「これ、うちの商品じゃないんと違う」と女性の店員さん。しばらく問答の結果、バーコードで調べたら ナショナルで購入したものだとわかり二分の一個分の返金がありました。
こちらがクレームをつけているような対応の仕方にびっくりしてしまいました。
近くで信頼して通っていたスーパーなのに、店員さんの対応で悪印象に変わりました。
The other day, I bought two pears, but when I cut them, one was rotten. I took it to the store to return it, but while looking at the package, a female clerk said, "This is not our product." As a result of asking and answering for a while, when I looked it up with a barcode, I found that it was purchased at National, and I got a refund for half of it.
I was surprised at how to deal with this as if I was making a complaint.
Even though it was a supermarket that I trusted and went to nearby, the clerk's response changed my impression.
