★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階のレジ担当の女性の神対応に感謝。レジの途中にも関わらず商品の場所まで案内してくれ、商品の説明を丁寧にしてくれました。可愛らしい女性の神対応に会社の従業員教育を垣間見た思いでした。また訪問したくなりました

店内にブレードを持ち込んで女性店員さんに選定をお願いしたところ、リフィールゴムの付け替えまで無料でやってくれました。とてもテキパキしてて助かりました!
On a rainy day, the wiper rubber was torn off at the end of its life and I stopped by in a hurry.
When I brought the blade into the store and asked a female clerk to select it, she even replaced the refill rubber for free. It was very refreshing and helpful!

悪い点をあえてあげるとすれば、ピット作業完了のアナウンスの声が聞き取りにくい。しかし、聞き取りにくいけど、笑えるのでマイナス評価にはしません。

2階売り場のニコニコした女性の接客がとても素晴らしいと思いました。
なかなかできないことなので尊敬します。
店内の商品の品揃えもいいのでずっといても飽きない。
機会があったらまた行きます。

店舗が大きいわけではないが、多種多様な製品を見やすく配置されている。
キッズコーナーも充実している。

We had to replace a burst Dunlop snow tyre. Unfortunately there were none during this season. But the pitt staff, Izume-san and Bryan, went all out to help us, including contacting other dealers.
