★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここお店で新車も購入してるほど愛用してます。
オイル交換、車検などのメンテナンスは全てお願いしてます。
ピット作業も予約しておけばさほど待つこともないし、待合室もキレイで苦になりません。２階には子供向けのキッズスペースもあります。
この日はレジの受付の人にオートバックスアプリのサポートもしてもらいました。
また利用させてもらいます。

If you make a reservation for pit work, you won't have to wait too much, and the waiting room will be clean and comfortable. There is a kids space for children on the second floor.
On this day, we asked the cashier receptionist to also support the AUTOBACS app.

ほとんどの店員に当てはまるのがイキってる子供と喋ってるみたい。
大人があの対応はないと思う。
別の店舗はそんなことないのにあそこだけ何でなのかと思う。
人間同士だから対等以下になれとは思わないけど上からくるのはやめてほしい。
二度と行かない
The clerk is really useless.
It seems that most of the clerk is talking to a kid who is alive.
I don't think adults have that response.
I wonder why there is no other store like that.
I don't think we should be equal or less because we are human beings, but please stop coming from above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤの交換で副店長さんに対応頂き、こちらの要望をしっかり聞いた上での提案はありがたく、素晴らしい対応と接客でした。
ですが、後日車検の予約しようと訪れた時に一階で接客してくれた若い男店員と中年のおっさん、接客がひどすぎた。
こちらの要望を聞かず「これでよろしいですか！！」等と語尾をかなり強めて話してくる。
ちょっと待ってと言うと顔をしかめる…ありえないね。
上の立場の人間が接客等を頑張っても、下の人間がそれに倣えないようでは組織としては二流、三流と言わざるを得ない。

キッズスペースはありますが、広くマットがしいてあっておもちゃが1つだけ置いてあるだけでした。
うちの子どもたちは走り回って楽しそうでした。
車関係の買い物が一通り出来て満足です。
I used it with my children.
There is a kids space, but there is a large mat and only one toy is placed.
Our children seemed to have fun running around.
I am satisfied with all the car-related shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「今まで行ったオートバックスの中では接客は一番でした」
タイヤ売り場とオイル売り場、それぞれ見に行きましたが、接客してくれたスタッフさんは、買わせようという感じがしなくて、気持ちよく買い物することが出来ました。
そこまで大型の店舗ではなく、カー用品に関しては実質2階だけの取り扱いとなるので、品数という面では他の店の方が優れている場合もあるとは思いますが、普通の商品やサービスならば、ここで十分だと思います。
やはり品数云々よりも、親切丁寧な接客をしてくれるお店は、多少家から離れていてもまた来ようという気にさせてくれます。

I went to see the tire section and the oil section, but the staff who served me didn't feel like letting me buy them, so I was able to shop comfortably.
It is not such a large store, and car supplies are handled only on the second floor, so I think that other stores may be superior in terms of the number of items, but if it is an ordinary product or service I think this is enough.
After all, the shop that offers kind and polite customer service rather than the number of items makes me want to come again even if I am a little away from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分が探しているものを即座に購入履歴を検索して頂けて、とても助かりました。
結局、埼玉県内にはなかったけど、その情報を元に時間をかけずに東京に戻り購入できました。
オートバックスでも各都道府県で取り扱っている商品に違いがあるという知識も得ました。
とても感じの良いスタッフさんがいるお店です。
It was very helpful to be able to instantly search the purchase history for what I was looking for.
After all, it wasn't in Saitama prefecture, but based on that information, I was able to return to Tokyo and purchase it in no time.
I also learned that there are differences in the products handled by each prefecture at AUTOBACS.
It is a shop with very nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「スタッドレスタイヤ」・「ホイール」セットを探して訪問。
何時もは別のオートバックスを利用していますが、セットのホイールが品物を選択出来ない…と云われ、4店舗目に訪れたお店。
此方でもホイールセットだと自分の車に合う(サイズ)ホイールが少ない事が判りました(ホイールその物が品薄らしい)。
価格は何時ものオートバックスが安かったので迷いましたが、ホイールがどのような品物かが判っている点で此方の店舗で購入する事に決めました。
まさか、ホイールの様な物が品薄とは想像していませんでした。
タイヤの保管サービスもお願いしたので、暫くは此方の店舗を利用する事になりそうです。
店員さんの対応や知識も良かったです。
Visited looking for "studless tire" and "wheel" sets.
I always use another AUTOBACS, but it is said that the wheels of the set cannot select the item ... and I visited the 4th store.
Even here, I found that there are few (size) wheels that fit my car with the wheel set (the wheels themselves seem to be out of stock).
I was at a loss because the price of AUTOBACS was always cheap, but I decided to buy it at this store because I knew what kind of wheel it was.
I never imagined that something like a wheel would be out of stock.
I also asked for a tire storage service, so it seems that I will be using this store for a while.
The correspondence and knowledge of the clerk was also good.
