責任者の石井氏が出てきて理由なくお受け出来ないと言われた。
人の話に耳を傾けず、自分勝手な都合、言動で客をナメてる対応。
オートバックスグループは店長は居ないと必ず言う。絶対出そうとしません。
何故かと言うと、ミスを起こしたら自分で解決しろと言う体質だから責任者絶対に出さないのです。
万が一出てきてもクレーム対応の文書を持ち出し棒読で繰り返し言ってきます。
基本客は金、利益優先、文句があるなら来なくて良いと言う考えの企業との話し。
売上にならない様に二度と行きませんし、絶対にオススメしません。
車に傷を付けられたり、押し売り、作業時事後報告するのは当たり前なので愛車を大切にしている方はオートバックス以外へどうぞ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な雪でタイヤ購入&交換のために利用しました。店舗部分はさほど広くないですが、各種作業をするためのピットがたくさんあります。板金も別棟で対応しているからか、混雑を覚悟で利用しましたが、とてもスムーズに作業が終了しました。
周辺には食事処や買い物ができるようなお店がありませんが、店舗2階には作業を待つ人の待合室がありますので退屈せずに作業を待てます。
また、周辺にベビー関連のお店や100円ショップなどがありますので子連れで利用するのも良いかもしれません。
大きな道路沿いにあり、右折入店ができませんので来店の際は注意が必要です。

『スーパー』オートバックスなので品揃え、仕入れ状況がよく、LINE友達登録で割引があるなど特典も多くあります。
雪に備えてゴムチェーンを探しに行きましたが、他店で売り切ればかりだったのがここでは在庫各種取り揃えておりました。
店員さんもとても親切丁寧でよかったです。
