★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品数多いけど、店員に室しても勉強不足な感じがした。他の店員までは知らないからなんとも言えないが。外大前の方が店員全体の質が良いイメージがある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を擦ってしまい、ホイールキャップを交換したくて来店。男性の店員さんに「ホイールキャップ売場どこですか？」と聞いただけなのにサイズを聞いてくれ分からないと答えると車まで見に来てくれました。合うサイズがなかったのですが、「メーカーで1枚だけでも取り寄せてもらえるし値段もこれぐらいで済む。純正のほうがサイズ感的にも安心だからそのほうがいいと思う」と親身にアドバイスしてくれました。車に疎くて困っていたのでとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。
I rubbed my car and came to the store to replace the hubcap. I just asked a male clerk, "Where is the hubcap section?", But when he asked me the size, he came to see the car. I didn't have a size that fits, but he kindly advised me, "The manufacturer can order just one piece and the price is about this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の異音がしたのでオートバックスで見てもらいました。個人的には、ブレーキパッドの交換と思い、見てもらいましたが『特に問題ありません』と言われました。その後、異音は日に日に大きくなり解消されず、違うお店に行くとブレーキパッドがほぼない状態と言われました。お金も払っているのにしっかりと見ているのか疑問に感じました。

After that, the abnormal noise became louder day by day and could not be eliminated, and when I went to a different shop, I was told that there were almost no brake pads. 駐車場も広く停めやすいです。
隣の商業施設の駐車場とくっついているので、夏場は影になる隣の駐車場が利用しやすいです。
ノーマルのオートバックスには置いていないトミカが置いてあるので、子供も喜んで付いてきてくれます。ノーマルのオートバックスにも置いてくれたらいいのにと思います。
車検やタイヤ交換、バッテリー交換もディーラーより安くやってくれるので、利用価値が高いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換で久しぶりに行きましたが、オイル交換も高い。店の顔である受付の女性は、機械的で質問も答えず処理だけサッさとという感じで、ここもかという感じです。こんな店あまり来たくないよね！

The lady at the reception, who is the face of the store, is mechanical and does not answer any questions, just the processing is quick, and it feels like this too.
