Update Decided to try my luck again, and met a much friendlier staff who understands when toys gets stuck in awkward position, and lends helping hand. Maybe try to come Tuesday night instead of Monday morning? :)

I went here a lot when I used to live in the area so I have many fond memories of this place. So glad they still kept the DDR pads as not many are available in Tokyo these days
