スタッフは頑張って居ますが事務方や本社の対応は全く信頼出来ません
不明な請求額が増え始め問い合わせしても全く回答なしでうやむやに（すみませんの一言で済まそうとする）
食事もコストカットで粗末極まりない
堪らず他の施設に転居しましたが半年にもなるのに未だに預り金10万円の返金が無く何回も問い合わせしてもその都度処理しますでズルズルです
会社そのものの体質と言わざるを得ません
おまけに館内・室内の清掃は全くのNG
使用するモップの不潔さが其れを表して居りました
