★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念ながら希望の車種でMT+サンルーフという組み合わせが無かったのですが、対応も良くとても気持ちの良い商談が出来ました。
RX7の後継が出たらここで買いたいです。
Unfortunately, there was no combination of MT + sunroof for the desired model, but we were able to deal well and have a very pleasant business talk.
If the successor of RX7 comes out, I want to buy it here.

低姿勢、丁寧で真摯な対応かつ、マツダのプライドを感じました。
ただ、事前に車を選定中で、お金の話は無しと伝えていたのですが、試乗の直後に見積りの話が出てしまったのが残念です。
自分のペースに合わせていただけたらよかったと思います。

I felt Mazda's pride with a low attitude, a polite and sincere response.
However, I was told that I was selecting a car in advance and there was no talk of money, but it is a pity that I got a quote immediately after the test drive.
I wish I could match my pace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良くしてもらっていますが、タイヤの組み換えの見積もりしても具体的な費用をはっきり言わなかったり、もう少し客目線で話に付き合ってほしいのだが。 あと407沿いの他社ディーラは軒並み建物の更新が一通り済んでているため、マツダの建物は手狭感や陳腐感が目立ってきていますね。客席が足りずに店内に車も置けなくなっていますし。鶴ヶ島IC前の店と統合して大きくすればいいのに。
I'm getting better, but I don't want to tell you the specific cost even if I estimate the recombination of the tires, or I would like you to have a closer look at the story. Also, other dealers along the 407 have been renewed all over the building, so the Mazda building has become conspicuous and obsolete. There aren't enough seats, so it's impossible to place cars in the store. I just want to make it bigger by integrating with the store in front of Tsurugashima IC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は丁寧です。サービスもいいと思います。ただ店内の雰囲気が暗い感じと男性社員の笑顔は少なく余裕ないというか接客向けじゃないというか表情が険しい人が目立ちますね。
Correspondence is polite. I think the service is good too. However, the atmosphere in the store is dark and the smiles of the male employees are not enough.
