醤油が入ってなかったので無いと言えばふて腐れた態度ですいません。の言葉も無し。
浜松だからやっていられるのだろう。

満席な事が多く、カウンターに案内されたり断られる事もしばしば。週末は予約する事をおすすめします。某隣の店はいつも空いているので入れなかった場合はそちらへ･･･。
最近、店内をつぼ八とホルモン焼きの伊藤課長に分けたため、週末のつぼ八は更には入りにくい状況になっています。伊藤課長側ではつぼ八メニューの注文は出来ませんが、ドリンクメニューとポイントカードは共通です。

Recently, the store has been divided into Tsubohachi and Ito, a manager of hormone-baking, so it is difficult to enter Tsubohachi on weekends. Manager Ito cannot order the Tsubohachi menu, but the drink menu and reward card are the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16〜18時までの千円セットの酒やらつまみにも手を抜かず、丁寧な接客と、美味しい料理で満足できました。二階だけど、エレベーター無いのが残念。
I was satisfied with the polite customer service and delicious food without removing the 1,000 yen set of sake and snacks from 16:00 to 18:00. It's on the second floor, but I'm sorry that there is no elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたまなんだろうけど、オーダーが通ってなかったのか、他のテーブルに出してしまったのか、３品注文して２品がいつまで待っても出てこないから店員さんに言ったら『もうすぐ出来ます』なんていちばんダメな答え。キャンセルして会計したら、そこででも出てない料理のぶんまで合計。んー、人手不足なのかなんなのか、久しぶりのつぼ八楽しみだったんだけどな！
I guess it happened, but maybe the order didn't go through, or I put it on another table, I ordered 3 items and 2 items didn't come out no matter how long I waited, so I told the clerk, "I can do it soon." What a bad answer. If you cancel and pay, the total of the dishes that are not served there. Hmmm, I was looking forward to Tsubohachi after a long time, maybe because of lack of manpower!

Overall it was cheap and the food was delicious! I think it's easy to go because it's close to the station (^ _ ^)

浜松なのでもしかしたらうなぎ！とか思い描いていたんだけど、どノーマルなつぼ八で独自メニューが一切無かっ……いや、浜松餃子だけはあったな。多少高くても日本海庄やに行くべきだったかな。まあいいや、うなぎは明日の昼飯かな。
ホール担当の店長さんは優しい接客だったけど、他に印象がない感じ。カウンターの二席ごとにテレビがあったのはびっくりでした。
ホッピー無し。禁煙、喫煙室有り。

The store manager in charge of the hall was kind to the customers, but I didn't have any other impressions. I was surprised that there was a TV for every two seats at the counter.
