★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のスタッフは感じが良いが、責任者Kの対応が悪い。作業中に呼び出しされたのが気に食わなかったのか、イライラしながらレジ打ちされた。自分のイライラを客にぶつけるな！お前の事情は客に関係ないだろ！部下を見習って丁寧に接客した方が良いですよ。

Don't hit your customers with your frustration! Your circumstances have nothing to do with the customer! It is better to emulate your subordinates and serve customers politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 授乳中で初めて買って飲む漢方について念のため確認したくて薬コーナーの呼び出しボタンを押したところ太った中年？男性が来ました。恥ずかしかったのですが授乳中という事を伝えたところ『あ～、断乳するとかミルクにしないと飲めないですよ』と対して話も聞かず漢方も見ずに面倒くさそうに言われました。いや、葛根湯(授乳中でも飲めるもの)の飲み方について聞きたかっただけなんですけど…。適当過ぎて引きました。レジはとても感じがいい親切な女性でした。
