H	H H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/04/25/土　19:43に利用させていただきました。『各レジ並び』と店側がわざわざレジ上に紙を出しているのに対して、一つだけの線に並ばなくてはいけないと勘違いしているいい年した親子がおり、私が並んだ方のレジが先に空いたので行こうとした際、「並んでるんですけど」と言われました。そして店員も「あっすみませんそちらの方が先でして…」っておっしゃってました。お店側としてはどのような接客を心がけているのでしょうか。上層部と店員のコミュニケーションが円滑に行われていないのではないでしょうか。お店側は張り紙までレジ上に出しているのですが、どういうことでしょうか。訳がわかりません。二度と利用したくないと思わされるサンドラッグでした。 I used it at 19:43 on April 25, 2020.
