明石海峡大橋が出来て以来、客足が伸び悩み廃路に。
近年になりこの洲本港から深日港までの航路が復活の方向で動きがかかっています。
昔運行していた高速艇よりスピードは遅いですが、揺れもかなり抑えられています。
船は恭兵船舶のインフィニティ 。船速はGPS測定で時速30km程です。
快適な船旅を味わえます。
船内はトイレがあり、飲み物は1本100円で販売されておりリーズナブル。
片道1500円で往復は帰り分が1割引。
高速艇時代より安価で、再開を意識した価格設定です。
洲本港から徒歩すぐに、バスターミナル レンタカー レンタサイクルがあり、島内観光の足に不自由することはありません。
深日港からは南海電車が走っており、大阪まで乗り換え1回で移動できる便利さ。
