市の代表の自覚がないのか もっと払えと圧と脅しに聞こえる
職員の給料払うのが馬鹿らしくなる。借金取りのよう。それが洲本市や市長の方針かもしれないが 改築みたな外見のイメージより教育やそんな居るだけ職員の解雇したほうが市民やイメージの改善

真面目に仕事してたら笑われるんですね汗
