た	たわしスポンジ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一昨年の転居時に利用しました。今年転居に伴い現在お借りしている物件を解約するのに当たり、アドバイスを頂くためにお問い合わせさせていただきました。手続きには解約通知書が必要とのことで、当方にはその書類がなく、改めてお電話しその書類を頂けないかと依頼したところ、管理会社に電話で且つ"口頭"で解約の旨を伝えたら良いとアドバイスをいただきました。ここでまず矛盾が発生しており、話になりませんでした。管理会社にその旨をお伝えし、どうにか書類をいただき手続きを進められたので良いのですが、契約を主として仕事をしている者の発言ではないと思います。一切信用できない不動産屋ですので、自身がしっかりしているという方以外は利用を控えるのが良いかも知れません。 I used it when I moved two years ago. I heard that a cancellation notice is required for the procedure, so I did not have the document, so I called again and asked if I could get the document. He advised me to call the management company and tell them "verbally" to cancel the contract. First of all, there was a contradiction here, so I couldn't talk about it. I'm glad I told the management company to that effect and managed to get the documents and proceed with the procedure. I don't think it's a statement from someone who mainly works on contracts. Since it is a real estate agent that you can not trust at all, it may be better to refrain from using it unless you are solid.
