★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北海道産新そば粉のもり蕎麦、玉子とじ蕎麦、とろろつけ蕎麦を家族でいただきました。極細麺ですがコシもあって香りも良く何も付けずにお蕎麦だけ食べると鼻腔にふわーっとお蕎麦の香りが広がります。二口目はわさびをちょっとつけて食べるとこれまた美味しいです。とろろは大和芋を使っているそうで、粘りもあってお蕎麦によくからみます。もちもち感もあって美味しいです。温かい玉子とじ蕎麦は玉子がふわふわでお出汁と一緒に食べるとさらに美味しいです。温かいお蕎麦のお出汁は関東の醤油濃い色とは違って薄い色ですが出汁がしっかり取ってあってお蕎麦に負けません。お出汁も美味しいです。
蕎麦湯も風味があって最後まで美味しくいただくことができました。

It seems that tororo uses Yamato potatoes, and it is sticky and often entwined with soba noodles. It is also chewy and delicious. Warm egg and soba noodles are even more delicious when eaten with soup stock because the egg is fluffy. The soup stock of warm soba is a light color unlike the dark color of soy sauce in the Kanto region, but the soup stock is well-stocked and is comparable to soba noodles. The soup stock is also delicious.
The soba hot water was also flavorful and was delicious until the end.

一番で並び一番に天婦羅つき
盛りそばを頂きました。
美味しい！❢こんなに細い蕎麦初めて食べました。1510円也

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大津近辺で一番美味しいと思っている蕎麦屋さんです。外国の友達がワサビは嫌いって言ってたけど、ここのワサビと天汁を食べてから一気にワサビの印象が変わったそうです。
天ぷらはカラッとして中はジューシー。蕎麦茶も優しく甘い蕎麦の味がして気に入ってます。
ただ、何時も混んでるので早めの時間に行くようにしてます。

とろろ蕎麦と鴨汁のつけ蕎麦を注文。鴨の出汁には
ジューシーなローストとつみれが入っていて食べ応えあります。スタッフさんも皆さんとても感じが良かったです。

細めの麺はとても食べやすく、上品な味のダシを味わいつつもあっという間に食べ終えてしまえる美味しさでした。
子連れで入店しましたが、笑顔で席を作ってくれたのはとても嬉しかったです。
そば好きなら2杯食べたくなること請け合い。

ツルツルの細麺のお蕎麦で、あっという間に食べられました。
お蕎麦好きなら、ぜひ大盛りで。（平日のみ）
店内もこだわりが感じられ、昔の家財を利用され、懐かしい雰囲気のきれいな店内です。
冷たい蕎麦も温かい蕎麦も一品ものもどれも美味しく、また行きたいです。
ご馳走さまでした。
2022.2.21 I visited for the first time.
