南	南都 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 邸宅は素晴らしいの一言。ただ葉書の抽選で当たらないと内部を拝観出来ないため、今回の白鶴美術館の半券で誰でも一般公開出来るようにして欲しい。実際に葉書は1600通届いており、人数にすると連れも含めて3000人までなるそうで、本当に当たるのが難しいとガイドと話して理解した。また、阪神淡路大震災で全壊した和館も復元するとなると1億円以上掛かるため、現在の神戸市の財政では難しいとのことでした。神戸市が阪神淡路大震災後に財政難で、旧乾邸を国から取得するのが財務上厳しくなり、取得した頃には内部は天井から酷い雨漏りが発生しており、荒廃も酷かったのが修復により綺麗になったとのこと。屋敷の維持管理費だけでとんでもない費用が掛かることから、戦災を免れた小寺邸も反対運動が起きる前に解体するなど、当時の日本一の長者村と言われた住吉村を今に伝える邸宅は、片手で数えるぐらいになってしまった。 The mansion is a wonderful word.
