こ	こゆき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宅地建物取引士証の更新講習で行きました。今回の講習が今までで一番良かった。どこが甘くて紛争になるか。最高裁の判断。反社会勢力への考え方。改正法。ぼんやりとしか理解出来ていなかった物事の輪郭がハッキリしました。最後の税法はどういう訳か、記憶にございません。今回は革製のパスケース、シャープペン、ボールペン、蛍光ペンのお土産付きでした。（初めて！） I went for the update class of the residential land building trader certificate. This class was the best ever. Where is sweet and conflict? Supreme Court judgment. Anti-socialist attitudes. Revised law. The outline of things that I could not understand only vaguely was clear. The last tax code is not in memory for some reason. This time, it was with leather pass case, mechanical pencil, ballpoint pen, souvenir of highlighter. (First time!)
江	江藤公美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不動産取引に関する講座、相談何でも。電話応対も親切。二階受付女性社員もテキパキ。待ち時間不要。実務登録講習もベテラン講師で丁寧分かりやすかったおかげで、資格取得できました。ただ、受付時間が5時までなのがザンネン。 Lectures about real estate transactions, consultation anything. The telephone reception is also kind. The second-floor receptionist female employee is also happy. No waiting time required. I was able to obtain the qualifications because the veteran instructor politely understood the practical registration class. However, Sannen is open until 5 pm.
k	kuro zin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宅地建物取引士登録手続きで行きました、何となく入りがたい雰囲気のある建物ですが、スタッフの皆さんがとても良くしてくれましたので慣れない手続きも無事完了しました。車で行かれた場合は１階入口脇に駐車場が併設(無料)していて６～７台ほど駐車できますが、運が悪いと周辺のコインパーキングなどを利用する事になりますね。空いてればいいですが? I went by the residential land and building trader registration procedure, It is a building with a somewhat inaccessible atmosphere, but the staff did so well and the procedures I was not used to were completed successfully. If you go by car, there is a parking lot next to the entrance on the 1st floor (free) and you can park about 6 to 7 cars, but if you are unlucky you will use the coin parking around. I hope it's free
