また、一部男性、年配の方ですがピッキング作業の教え方が悪いのも気になりました。
多分派遣の方だと思います、今は分かりませんが。
働くのであれば思いきって短期、単発の方がおすすめで、レギュラーでアルバイトや派遣で仕事するなら他の会社の方がよろしいかもしれません。
