/	/./. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の案内をしてもらった時点では好印象だったので、そのままこちらで契約しましたが、もらった書類は当方の性別・生年月日・居住人数に誤りがあり、指摘すると「気になるなら直します」と言うあり得ない返答。更に物件の築年数、設備表記にも誤りがあり当方の金銭的負担が増えました。月々の支払額に関わって来るにも関わらず、担当者からはお詫びのひと言すらなく、自分で何とかしろと言わんばかりの対応に大変ストレスを感じました。担当者レベルでは話にならないので責任者と話をさせてくれと言っても、担当は自分なので上司と話してもらうことは出来ないと言うお粗末な対応。どうしてもここでという理由がないなら避けることをお勧めする会社ですね。 I was impressed when I was informed of the property, so I made a contract here as it is, but the documents I received have errors in our gender, date of birth, number of residents, and when I point out, "If you care I'll fix it.
