★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店に行こうと思ってたけど、上杉城址苑にあったので狙っていた吾妻の白猿とバターどら。
想像つかなかった白猿は、外は溶け、中は白餡に柑橘類。
見た目は和菓子、でも食べると洋菓子っぽく美味しかった。
バターどらも軽い感じで、最後まで美味しく食べれる。
I was thinking of going to the store, but I was at Uesugi Castle Ruins, so I was aiming for Azuma's white monkey and butter.
The white monkey that I couldn't imagine melts on the outside, and the inside is white bean paste and citrus fruits.
It looked like Japanese sweets, but when I ate it, it tasted like Western sweets.
The butter is also light and you can eat it deliciously until the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吾妻の黄猿やバターどら焼き等の和菓子が有名な角屋菓子店ですが、アップルパイやシュークリーム等の洋菓子やケーキも販売しています。
街道沿いに面していますが店前に駐車場は発見出来ませんでした。

シュークリームは、注文してくれてからクリームを入れてくださるので、美味しく頂けました。生地表面には少しクッキー感もあり、食感も良かったです。
これで150円というのは安いと思います。
バターどら焼きは、餡がたっぷり入っていて、固まったバターが挟まれています。
バターを少し溶かしたら、もっと美味しいのかな？
