★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前とある部門の面接を受けた際に人事部の年配の男性管理者の方が面接担当だったが酷かった。終始やる気がない形だけの面接をされて、挙句の果てには「この年齢で独身？そんな人間を採用するのはねえ」なんて事を言われた。片道1時間かけて面接15分程度。本当に人を馬鹿にしている感じだった。そんな人間を面接官にする会社はどうかと思います。
 When I was interviewed in a certain department before, an elderly male manager in the personnel department was in charge of the interview, but it was terrible. I was interviewed only in an unmotivated manner from beginning to end, and at the end of the interview, I was told, "Are you single at this age? You can't hire such a person." It takes about 1 hour one way and about 15 minutes for an interview. I felt like I was really making a fool of people. I wonder if there is a company that makes such a person an interviewer.
