口座開設をお願いしたのですが、先にネットでの入力登録から開設の流れと説明され、入力したあと、デザインやクレジットの付加などを説明され、急いでる旨を伝えてもクレジットの説明を押し通そうとし、あげく発行待機まで混んでるために30~40分かかるといわれました。
アプリでの登録もパスポートなどの写真つき証明書があれば、できると言ったのちに、免許証かマイナンバーカードは必須と説明がぐっちゃぐっちゃ。
ちゃんと説明するなら、理解しといてほしいし、開設の前に所要時間を説明した上で、対応してほしい。
二度手間。
