★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 組付Gバルブに配属されて見学の時には見学しなかった手動のプレス機の所に配属されてそのまま見様見真似でやってねって言われて毎日一生懸命に数をこなしてやっていたのに少し期間が長い派遣社員に私が入る前から出ていた不良なのにいかにも私のやり方が悪く私が悪いと強い口調で言われたし
そのせいで肩を痛めてしまって辞めざるを得なくなってしまった。
それといつでも私にだけ怒り口調で言葉を発して来たのがストレスでした。それはパワハラではないのでしょうか?
その事を派遣会社の担当に言っても古い人たちの言うことばかりを信じて私の言葉は聞き入れてもらえなかった。
ホットスタッフ大府はそんな人たちの集まりなんですね。
