そもそも新宿区は条例で全区域喫煙禁止となっている。
違反行為をする非常識社員を放置していてまともな会社じゃない。

この時代に喫煙所から黙々と煙が周りに漏れていました。あまり近づきたくない建物です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型コロナ対策で喫煙所が閉鎖され、あぶれた喫煙者が通りで喫煙・ポイ捨てをするようになり迷惑だと思ってたら、最近喫煙所が復活したので路上喫煙は明らかに減った。
喫煙所がオープンエアなので、中に入ってるタリーズのテラスや隣の病院に煙が流れてきて非常に迷惑。ドアと壁を設置して煙を閉じ込めておいてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今風の複合ビル！新しいだけあって清潔感もあり何でも揃いそうなワクワケ感もある。私が一番感心したのはエントランスから入り中央左に集中防災センターらしきカウンターがあり初めて入った私が丁度道を聴きたくなるタイミングだったのでこの立地には感激しました対応も良く判りやすい説明で本当に助かりました。
A modern complex building! As it is new, it has a clean feeling and there is a feeling of excitement that everything seems to be available. What impressed me most was the timing when I entered from the entrance and there was a counter that seems to be a centralized disaster prevention center on the left side of the center and I just wanted to listen to the road, so I was impressed with this location. That was a really big help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2つのビルが一体になった建物です。駐車場入口が青梅街道を曲がってすぐにありますので、スピードを落として曲がらないと通り過ぎてしまいます。
It is a building that combines two buildings. The parking lot entrance is right after turning the Ome Kaido, so if you don't slow down and turn, you will pass by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで勤めた会社の中で、一番オフィスがオシャレでした。入口のデザインも素敵だし、中間のエレベーター乗り換えホールも素敵です。観光でこのビルを訪問しても良いと思えます。ただ、立地がイマイチなのと、コロナ禍で、ますますこういった高層ビルは必要ないのかな、と思えます。ランチ環境(外食)もあまり充実していなかったような記憶があります。ランチを外で食べて、リフレッシュしたい派には厳しいと思われます。
The office was the most fashionable of all the companies I worked for. The design of the entrance is also nice, and the elevator transfer hall in the middle is also nice. I think it's okay to visit this building for sightseeing. However, I think that the location is not good and the skyscrapers like this are not necessary because of the corona. I remember that the lunch environment (restaurant) was not very fulfilling. It seems to be tough for those who want to eat lunch outside and refresh themselves.
