★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WEB予約して伺い予約したことを告げるも、どうも店員が困惑している。予約番号を伝えても、「分からない」の一点張り。
退店して携帯を確認すると、予約時刻の30分前に店側のキャンセルメールがあった。
材料不足などで出来ないのであれば、なぜもっと早く伝えられなかったのか？ なぜ店側は把握していなかったのか？
どうやら「WEB予約」は本部の見切り発車のようなので、改善されないうちは利用しないほうがいいと思う。
