予約でいっぱいのことが多いので、先に予約してから行くのがいいと思います。
また浜松に行く機会があれば行きたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約電話繋がらなかったので､土曜日の開店直前に行ったらこんな貼り紙「本日はご予約の方で品切れの為終了してます」とあり撃沈。。。ここは実直で職人肌の店らしいが、せめて公式ページ作って営業予定は公開して欲しい。それをしないで電話だけにするから店も客もお互い不便過ぎる。「むつぎく」の方が如才なくやってるだけに残念。

キャベツメインの甘さを感じる餃子?です。
見た目入り難そうなお店、本当にやってるのって思うぐらいだけど、おじさんとピシッとした女性の方の2人でやっている感じで、初めてお伺いしましたが、気持ちの良い対応でした。
お店で飲食が出来る様になったらビール?と餃子?で一杯飲みたい物だ。

メニューは、一人前、中、大、特大とありますが、それぞれ数の多さです。
焼きと生があり、生は冷凍保存ができます。
タレもついていますが、赤いスパイスは激辛なので気をつけてください。(知らずにタレに全部入れてしまい台無しにしてしまいました…)
もやしと一緒に食べるとさらに美味しいです。
女将さんが惚れ惚れするキリッとして優しい素敵な方です。
もう一軒ひらがなのむつぎくと混同される方も見えますがこちらはホテル裏のお店ではありません。
駐車場もあります。
静岡に行ったら是非！！

私は近隣のホテル泊のついでに歩いたので駐車場は不明。駐車場近隣の相場は３０分１００円ぐらいだと思う
店員さんめちゃくちゃ軍隊みたくキビキビしてる！印象は良い。
生ビール美味しい！餃子はめっちゃ野菜たっぷり！胃もたれの心配無し！
フードプロセッサーで粉末になったように細かいキャベツ？の餃子。めちゃくちゃ中身がアツアツ！
具はちょっと細かすぎて好みが分かれるかも…
あと餃子が無くなると営業終了なので８時にはラストオーダー来るのでお早めの来店を‼️

店内はこじんまりとしており、2組しか入れないです。
待ちに待った味は皮は底がバリバリで歯応えあり。
餡はアッサリとしています。
鉄フライパンで焼いているのもあり、油がかなり付いてますが重くないです。
これは皆さん言うように美味しい。
もう1つのむつぎくと比べている方が多いですが、もう好みで良いと思います。

お店は2名できりもり。
お客が来てからあんを皮に包むお店です！
また何皿か頼むと、こちらの食べ状況みて追加で焼いてくれる！
こんなに美味しさ追及されてるお店なので、電話にでられないのです。
あんは醤油とあわせていただくと、えもいわれぬあまーい味がします。
不思議です。
近ければ何度も行きたい！！
但し予約がないとお店に入れません。。
当日もなん組か来ては帰られてました。。
