前日に見学の時間を連絡してから行きました。説明も親切で、実際に火をつけながら多くのペレットストーブを説明して頂けました。
メリットだけでなく、デメリットも説明してくれ、メンテナンスや燃料のペレットの配達も行なってくれるそうです。
ペレットの種類や、メーカーによっても機種によって向き不向きがあるそうで、燃料の種類も説明してくれ、とても親切なお店でした！
