★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年金手続きをするため新規に専用の通帳が欲しく
２時10分頃、通帳を作りに行ったら1時間も待たされ、結局通帳は作られず。[大丈夫ですか？無理なら他所で作るから]って何度も確認したのに！２時30分頃に、行員さんから [ちょとお時間かかります]と言われた際も [3時迄にお願いします]と言ったのに！
結局シャッターが閉まった3時10分頃に行員に呼ばれ言われた言葉が[申し訳ありません、当行では作れません。]
ふざけるなぁ~！！
対応悪すぎる‼️
３時過ぎてた為、他行でも作ることが出来ず 年金手続きが 出来ませんでした‼️
せめて 理由ぐらい は 説明して欲しかった‼️
３時過ぎてお客様が居なくなってから 断るなんて....苦情が来るの分かって の対応って訳！
ズルいなぁ。そんな原因を作ったのは誰!!!!私はどうなっても良いわけ。
こんな所、２度と行くかぁ~~~~‼️
