★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の数は足りているのですが、とにかく長時間待たされます。また待たされるとの案内もなく、同時に複数の顧客の相手が出来ているかのように振舞っている様子も、それを受ける側としては大変不快に感じられました。スーツ自体はコストパフォーマンスが高く魅力的ですが、あまりに不愉快で試着がスムーズに行えなかったため、購入を断念いたしました。非常に残念です。

In addition, there was no guidance that I would have to wait, and the appearance of acting as if there were multiple customers at the same time was very unpleasant for the recipient. The suit itself is cost-effective and attractive, but I abandoned the purchase because it was too unpleasant to try on smoothly. It is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience at this place a couple weeks ago. I’m not sure if they were running low on staff that day, but we walked around trying to get the available staff’s attention. We also sat and waited for someone to attend us or atleast get eye contact from them to know if we had to wait, but were treated like we didn’t exist. Extremely unacceptable staff behavior and poor customer service.
