★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごく普通の魚焼きグリルで、セラミックのトレイに銀鮭をあまり解凍せずに並べて焼いています。これ迄紅鮭しか食べて来ませんでしたが、こちらの銀鮭は柔らかくてどの味も美味しいです！バジルソース味が特に気に入ってます!
It's an ordinary grilled fish, and the silver salmon are grilled side by side on a ceramic tray without thawing too much. Until now, I've only eaten sockeye salmon, but this silver salmon is soft and delicious! I especially like the basil sauce flavor!
