★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高速の入口出口からはとても近いです。冷暖房完備の待合室やトイレもあり、駐車場は１日500円でした。広いですが暗いです。一番気になったのは、朝の通勤時は手前の乗り場でほぼ満席になってしまうので、2~4本待つことが多く大変困ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京行き、長蛇の列でビックリ?あんなに40人以上並んでいるんだから臨時便を出して欲しかった。諦めて鹿島神宮駅まで行って乗った。
Suicaの割り引きがあることの案内(表示)もなく、ホームページを見なかったら高額料金を払うところだった。
いかにも昔ながらの高飛車対応で、もう少し洗練されないものかと思うのは私だけか？
下りJRバスではWifiが使えなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 複雑な駐車場で、出口に向かう所が混合して行きづらいです。精算機の現金入れ口にカバーがかかっていて、片手で入れられないので不便でした?反対側の駐車場なら、道路横断しないと行けないけど、300円で安いです。
発券機がないので、時間にならないと券が買えません。

鹿嶋市内から東京へ行こうと思ったとき、製鉄所へ寄ったり神栖の中央酒店へ寄ったりして、それだけで20〜30分費やしてしまいます。
自分の車で潮来バスターミナルまで行っちゃえば、わざわざ慢性的に渋滞しているエリアに突入することもなく、さっとバスに乗れます。山手線のごとく少し待てばバスがやって来ますからね。
待合室には飲み物やパン・スナック菓子の自動販売機があります。もちろんトイレもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの駐車場は結構な台数駐められるのにいつも混んでます。
送迎などで利用も可能で、1時間以内なら無料で利用できます。
バスの乗り降りする所に送迎で止める車が時折見られますが、結構バスが頻繁に来るので、ゲートを通過して駐車場の方に停めたら良いのにって思います。知らないだけだと思いますけど。
駐車場が満車の時は近くの駐車場なら少し安く駐めることができます。
ターミナルの駐車場が1日500円なのに近くの駐車場は1日300円で駐められます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バスの予約ができないので、ずらっと並んで待っているため、乗れるかどうかわかりません。なので、東京までの予定が組めませんでした。他の路線は予約できるかどうかわかりませんが、はやく予約システム作ってください。路線バスのシステムそのままで高速バスを運行しているなんて考えられません。観光、旅行含めて困りますね。はじめての利用でしたが利用者目線での改善を希望します。
