★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に、賃貸をこちらで契約した者ですが、こちらで契約したことを後悔しています。
こちらは社長さん一人で業務されてましたが、
その社長さんはこちらが質問する間もないくらい、とても早口で自分のペースで契約内容などの説明をされ、少し混乱しました。
説明が終わった後で分からなかったことを質問し直したら
とても威圧的な態度で、「だからっ、〜です。」と大声できつく言われました。
その場で怖くなってしまい、体が震えました。
それから対応も少し適当な感じでした。
初めての一人暮らしで、賃貸契約も初めての経験だったので、怖くて、トラウマになりました。
契約する直前だったので、後戻りしずらいなと思ってこちらで契約しましたが、もう少し親身になってくれる不動産屋さんで契約すればよかったと思いました。
