その説はお世話になりました。
会社の方には以前はK社でも派遣として働いていた事があってその事はこちらの会社の人達には伝えていなかったので、多分誰も知らなかったと思いますが。
自分が感じたのはK社とは全くの別会社としながらも経営者の方々がK社の元代表取締役と言う事もあり、K氏一族によって設立された会社なんでしょうから、こちらの園部製作所は人件費対策の為の予備会社なのかなと言う印象を受けました。
労働組合などもなかったようですし、と言うか労働者が組合を立ち上げたい時、会社側はそれを拒否する事が出来ない事になってるはずなんですが、そこも不信感を抱きました。
よく調べたんでしょうか？
ところで、他の方の口コミを拝見させて頂きましたが、ロゴが面白そうですね。
会社名は園部組に変更されるんですか？w
でなければ園部組弘道製作所とかでもいいと思います。笑
