★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄く混んでいて、予約も数週間後とかになったりする。完全にキャパオーバー。忙しすぎて余裕がないのか、歯医者や受け付けの口調に苛立ちを感じる。
It's so crowded that reservations can be made several weeks later. Complete capacity over. I feel frustrated with the tone of the dentist and the receptionist that I am too busy to afford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親知らずを抜いてもらいましたが、先生の処置が非常に早く丁寧でした。
ただ、一度予約時間を過ぎてしまった時に電話したのですが、何度掛け直しても電話に出ず、結局予約の変更も出来ずに行けなくなりました。
おそらく電話番号を見てこの客はダメだと受付が判断して客を選り好みしているのだと思います。
他の方や地元の評判を聞いていると、先生ではなく受付に問題があるのかと思ってしまいます。
先生は大学病院で口腔外科に勤めていたこともあって腕は良いのですが、それ以外のことで通い続けることが出来ない病院のため、この評価にします。

When I hear the reputation of other people and the locals, I wonder if there is a problem with the receptionist, not the teacher.
The teacher is good at oral surgery because he worked at a university hospital, but I will give this evaluation because it is a hospital that I can not continue to attend for other reasons.

先生の腕は間違いないのですが患者には不親切なシステム。
毎日定時に仕事を終えてピッタリ予約通り行ける人なら良いところです。
I'm saying it hurts now, but I wonder if I should come next week.
There is no doubt about the teacher's skill, but the system is unfriendly to the patient.
It is a good place for people who can finish their work on time every day and go according to the reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてだったので事前に電話予約したうえで伺いました。歯のクリーニングをお願いしたのですが、水しぶきが飛び散りすぎです。顔にタオル巻いてくれましたが、それで抑えきれないぐらい水がすごい勢いで顎やら口まわりビシャビシャでとても残念でした。あまり患者の気持ち気遣いできないのかなと。働いている歯科衛生士さん、歯科助手さんも常にパタパタ走り回っていて忙しいのはわかりますが、もう少し落ち着いた雰囲気で治療受けたいです。座って待っていてもとても気になり嫌な気分でした。走り回らなきゃいけないぐらい忙しいなら予約受けなきゃいいのに…ネットのHPみて良さそうだから行ってみたけど、残念ですがもう二度と行かないです。
