★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整形外科は二人いますが新しい竹田医師は横柄で感じ悪い。注射とリハビリ強要する。HPで隠しているので調べると竹田医師は整形外科専門医でもリハビリ専門医でもなくただの”自称整形外科医”であることが判明。他の一人は資格あり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生活の中にあるとありがたい科がほとんど（眼科がないのは残念）あり、頼りになる病院です。小児科もあります。完全予約制。当日でも空いていれば予約して来院できます。混んでいると予約でも待つことがあります。とくに会計はとても待つことが多いので時間のゆとりをもってかかることをおすすめします。
家族で、内科（消化器内科）、耳鼻科、皮膚科、泌尿器科を受診、自治体の検診も受けました。どの科も丁寧で診断治療も的確です。検査も充実しています。事務、検査の人たちもやさしくてテキパキ。コンピュータの一括管理がきちんと機能していて、この科からこういう事情で検査へ、あるいは他科へ、の連絡も確実に伝わっています（システムはあるのに事務が内容を理解していなかったりで伝わらない病院が結構あります…）。胃カメラは相性があると聞きますが、わたしは初胃カメラ、鼻からで、まったく痛みもなく、先生と話しながら受けられました。皮膚科では自費の化粧品も販売しています。
繰り返しになりますが、人気があるため人手のキャパシティを超えてとても混むことがあり、とくに会計でかなり待つことがあります。それでも、自宅からちょっと遠いこのクリニックを利用します。
【追記】採尿を含めてのトイレが男女兼用であることを忘れていたので星をひとつ減らしました。

Again, although it is popular, it is very crowded beyond the capacity of human hands, and there are times when I wait considerably especially in accounting. Still, I will use this clinic a bit far from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブースター接種の為に来院。受付スタッフの案内がアバウト過ぎて映画に出てくる野戦病院のように殺伐としている。願わくば二度とここを訪れることのない人生を歩みたい。

受付のオペレーションも効率悪そうに見えてひたすらに残念なところだったので、もう行かないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医者も受付も頭が悪い。受付で聞かれたことを医師にもう一度聞かれるし、何の解決もされない問診をされ、来れない時間にもう一度来てほしいと言われるし、言っていた薬と違うもの出されるし、自分が知っている薬だったから、訂正してもらったが、これが重い病気だったら、どうするんだろうと思わずはいられない診察と受付対応だった。近くだったから行ったが、面倒でもきちんとした病院に行った方がいいと思った。かかりつけとして行っている人がいたら、違う病院に行って、違う方向で確認した方がいいと思います。

多分患者のことどうでもいいと思ってる、
朝8時半から予約受付って言ってて一向に電話が繋がらないし、繋がったとしても予約一杯のため無理っていわれ、
どのくらい待てばいいのか、どうりで口コミも悪いわけだ

事務方は大勢いたので全員ではないのでしょうが、来院から会計まで３人の方の対応で、不慣れ感というか、不親切というか、医療サービス向きではない感じは受けました。
Visited in orthopedics. I was able to receive a medical examination with peace of mind by carefully explaining the findings regarding each element.
There were a lot of clerical staff, so it may not be all, but I felt that the three people from the visit to the accounting were unfamiliar, unfriendly, or unsuitable for medical services.
